Obstacle Cource Racer

Matt is Australia's No.1 Obstacle Course Racer. He won the inaugural Australian Obstacle Race Title in April 2014. He was undefeated in all Australian OCR races he entered in 2013 and finished 2nd in the Spartan Race World Championships in Vermont, USA. Matt also is host of ESPN's, Search 4 Hurt programme.


Matt talks through a lateral band exercise what will help reduce lower leg injuries - in particular for athletes where running is a key component of their training or sport.
